5-1-2017 –7:42 AM – Good morning from Mammoth Mountain, we currently have clear skies. Snow conditions on Sunday turned into full on spring across the entire mountain. The upper mountain was slow to get soft, but Climax, Cornice and Scotties got soft enough for some fun turns later in the day. Read more and see our fresh images at the link below… >>>
The rain and snow should be with us thru the day today ( Sunday ) and then we return to clearing skies on Monday. The upcoming week will be highlighted by a nice warming trend with highs back to near 80 by next Friday.
Mammoth Mountain Weather Update: So the good news on this Monday morning is it looks like we will get a refresher of snow moving in on Wednesday into Thursday.
Models have come in wetter over the last couple days so we could possible see up to 12 – 20+ inches of fresh snow over Mammoth Mountain.
Fresh Snow: we have 12 inches at main with up to 18 inches of new snow up top. For today we are expecting highs in the 30s around Main Lodge with lows in the
